Recent Vegas Trip Restaurant Recommendations

Just got back from Vegas 5/6/2012..Here we go

Ellis Island cafe..$10 steak deal.. 3 inch filet cooked perfectly
Gaetano's..Wonderful as always
Hugo's..Great atmosphere..very good food
Off the Strip ( south highlands..near South Point Casino)..great food ..best cheesecake
Silverado Steakhouse ( South Point Casino)..Fantastic Ribeye
Mon Ami Gabi ( Lunch)..Can't beat the view or food
Binon's Steakhouse ( first time we ate here)..very good steaks
Silverton dinner buffet ( Friday)..suprisingly good..tons of choices

For what its worth..just one persons opinions
I do not think you can go wrong with any of these..Especially Gaetanos and Off The Strip
