In our new COVID world, do we need to make reservations everywhere or can we still just stroll in if it was possible before?
I would suggest reservations because of limited occupancy.
My admittedly limited experience is that at South Point, you had to make a reservation to be seated at Primarily Prime Rib or Baja Miguel's; however, at Zenshin or the coffee shop, you could just show up and wait in line.
Best to call the individual restaurant, as I'm sure these policies are fluid and may even vary according to time of day.
