Restaurant opinions

Going back out to Vegas in April. Looking for some opinions on places to eat dinner. Price point does not really matter. I figured I would ask this question. If you could go back to any restaurant on the strip where would it be? What did you like about the restaurant? What is your favorite dish there?

I like BLT steak at Bally's, food, service, ambiance are all good. They have a very good Caesar salad, the filet Minon is thick, juice and full of flavor. If you are a TR diamond card holder, they will give you a few "extras" at no charge. They have a decent selection of wines by the glass. The mango sorbet for dessert is very tasty. Lawry's Prime Rib on Flamingo, just a few blocks east of the Strip. Terrific service, great wine list and the best prime rib that I have every had. The table side "spinning" salad presentation is unique.

Sinatra at the Encore! Italian. Fantastic ambiance and food. Give it a try!
