As usual, thanks Westie. Keep meaning to give The Country Club a try. We loved Chef Guia's work at the late and much missed Commander's Palace in Aladdin (now Planet Hollywood). We had such high hopes when the tentative line up for the new Palazzo included Commander's Palace but evidently those talks fell through.

The review of Joel Robuchon was interesting but not nearly as interesting as some of the comments! Many run the gamut or line that the reviewer would do a better service to mankind by reviewing "common" food and comments along the lines of what a waste such expensive meals are as though it were a crime. Much of it, in the end, strikes me of envy.
