I ate at HEXX in the Paris Las Vegas this past trip.  Upon entry, told the greeter that I did not intend to pay the CNF concession and franchise fee, an additional and undisclosed fee the restaurant attempts to charge.  The greeter said no problem, just mention it to your waiter.  The water came by and I mentioned I did not want to pay the CNF fee prior to placing my order.  The waiter took my order and the food was great (burger, fries, and soda).  The service, however, was terrible.  During the meal, the waiter's assistant came by and I asked for more ketchup.  After 5 minutes the assistant returned and said "I forgot to bring you more ketchup".  The waiter never came by to check on me during my meal.  After I was done eating, I flagged down my waiter, mind you they were not busy at the time and most tables were empty, and said I was ready to pay my bill.  The waiter said it would be a few minutes because the manager had to remove the CNF fee from my bill.  The manager came over and sat at my table and asked if everything was OK.  I told her the food was very good but the service was terrible and the waiter never came over to check on me.  I also told her about the assistant never bringing the ketchup.  She didn't seem interested in addressing the situation and left.  The waiter later came over and handed me the bill -- someone else's bill for 3 times my amount.  I returned the bill back to the waiter and told the manager I would eat there again and that they provided the worse service possible.  If you like good food HEXX may be for you.  If you want any type of service, do not go there.
