Thanks, Westie, We ate at Eat (that sounds so weird) last week after our morning walk. My wife had the pictured shrimp and grits and loved them. I had the beignets and thought they were good but not nearly as good as her breakfast. Anyone who isn't familiar with the area could easily be hesitant, but don't be - it was well worth the trip and we'll be back at least once each trip to LV.
