Thanks, Westie for posting this! I'm happy to see a review of Huntridge Soda Fountain which I have recommended for a Kosher place with reasonable prices!

Kosher cheese (which is mentioned here) does not use Animal Enzymes -- it uses Vegetable Enzymes -- and so is better for Vegetarians.

But unless the hours have changed further, when I was there on 10/17/13, the posted hours (which were up by the cooking area) were listed as Monday-Thursday 8AM-8PM, Friday 8AM-3PM and Sunday 8AM-5PM. These are not the hours that Max listed in the article.
