It has been years and always dangerous to give a bad review to anyplace based on a single visit but must say our dinner at Le Cirque was at best disappointing.

We had made reservations several months in advance and confirmed them. Night started out with a long wait for our table. Table was one of the worst in the house and when we complained got a shrug and comment we were free to go back to the lobby and wait. Service was at best spotty. Food so unremarkable the only thing can remember is the main courses were tepid when served. With so many favorites and new places to try we just havent been able to justify a return visit.

Its not as though the town is hurting for French restaurants!
