I'm not sure I get places like the Sugar Factory.

The review has a "cupwich" which sounds exactly like a whoopie pie that's been made through a short-cut.

But then, I don't get why people are crazy about red velvet. Put enormous of food coloring in something and that makes it good?

Actually, Madelaine's (formerly Le Notre) serves really good pastries at Paris along w/good coffee. My fave is the peach tart w/pistachios. But, of course I'll have to check the Sugar Factory out (skipped when it first opened d/t crowds)just to say I did (I'll be staying at Paris in Nov.)If you want AWESOME chocolate, try Max Brenner at CP Forum Shops; too DIE for !!!
