I just posted this LVA restaurant review and gave rm Seafood 3 stars (apparently all paragraph separations are removed when you post comments with your review):

Ate downstairs because upstairs was not open for dinner on Sundays. Girlfriend and I shared Fig Sushi Roll, Wedge BLT salad, Halibut with beans & chorizo, creme-fraish mashed potatoes, and the Beer & Chocolate desert. Everything was good but not in any way memorable. Certainly not the inspired creations I would have expected from a top-10 restaurant. Even the descriptions over-promised. My girlfriend thought the sushi roll was awesome, but I thought it was ho-hum. Mash-potatoes came out barely warm, even after we sent them back for being cold. Wedge salad had only a drizzle of blue-cheese dressing (not a good idea with iceberg lettuce). Halibut was surprisingly bland. My favorite was the Beer & Chocolate dessert (chocolate pudding/mousse in a chocolate shell with a shot of black beer poured over the top), but even this was just interesting and the beer only poured through and out the bottom of the shell pooling around the edges of the plate. Not something to get excited about.
