That's a super-subjective question and probably has fifty different answers, but if I'm in the mood for seafood, I head over to Chinatown (Spring Mountain Road just west of the freeway) and visit one of the Chinese seafood restaurants there.
The obvious alternative of eating at one of the "goomay" casino restaurants may backfire, as seafood isn't really their thing and prices will be high whether it's good or not.
Such a strange question when you think about it.
How could anyone offer an educated reply if they haven't eaten sea bass, at least twice to allow for variance, at EVERY notable place in town?
That's like asking "what's the best minivan" and a reviewer only tests 10% of the models.
