Silverado Steak House (South Point)

I have to agree 100% with Anthony (or whoever wrote the article in the August newsletter), The baked potatoes  are by far the best I ever had. My wife and I usually eat there once a month. Many times...well let be honest and say most times...we both devour the baked potato while its still warm, dripping with butter and chives, and then "box up" the meat and/or fish to take home.

I ate there for the first time in May (I had previously been unable to resist the siren call of Primarily Prime Rib, but it was closed that day). One of the best steakhouses in Vegas, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get, particularly since you get a complete dinner, not a la carte pricing. I had a blackened ribeye. Meatgasm!

I think I had the garlic mashed (which were excellent), not the baker. Next time, though...
