i dont think there is a good time- you have to be patient- all i know is that anything after 4pm is not good-the part that bothers me is that they do not have enough help and all the empty tables they will not use-i think they do it on purpose to keep you in the casino longer so you and your spouse can take turns waiting in line while the other one could gamble-you may be better off using a coupon (2-4-1) and going another night because its still the same food and it is good. we chose this option last year and went on tuesday and there were no lines around 5pm-good luck
