I definitely recommend Cornerstone. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent.
I would definitely avoid Siegel's. The food is good, but the prices are high--and the service is TERRIBLE. That's not just a one-off, either--I've eaten there at least two dozen times. Every single time, I stand there at the podium waiting...and waiting...and waiting...for someone to acknowledge my presence--even if the place is mostly empty. Then when I'm finally seated, I wait...and I wait...and I wait...for someone to bring me a glass of water. Maybe I already have a menu---maybe not. After 10-15 minutes more, a waiter saunters up. An hour after I walked in, I am finally enjoying my meal. If I'm lucky. The service there stinks. Stinks. Stinks. Stinks stinks stinks stinks stinks. Fortunately, since the El Corpse torched its VP and cut off all my offers, I have no reason to go back. Fuck 'em with extreme prejudice.
My favorite non-LVA coupon steak choices are Primarily Prime Rib at South Point and the old-style steakhouses at the Fremont and Circus Circus Circus Circus Circus. Also, I should mean steak night at the Emerald Island--Saturday nights only, but my god you can get an incredible complete meal for well under $25.
