I have never been to Cornerstone but have been to Binion's and can say the food and service was very good.Not to mention the great view.Throw in the LVA coupon and it becomes a pretty good deal.Much better than Ellis island.
The prime rib is pretty good at Siegel's,just not as fancy as Binion's.

The Cornerstone was excellent. The food was reasonably priced and the service was excellent.
Cornerstone is very good and prices good compared to strip prices for steak.
There are many better than EI. It's a decent value meal, but not really a "good" steak. I like Binion's DT. Food's good and so's the view.

And with the LVA coupon it becomes a good deal.
Cornerstone at the Gold Coast and Binion's Steakhouse are both good choices. Much better than Ellis Island.
