Stripsteak?

Anyone been to Stripsteak at MB? Comparable to Craftsteak or CUT? Thanks!

Good cow. But at that price point they're really mostly interchangeable. Last time there we rocked an awesome magnum of Harlan Cab.

Good to hear, thanks, Ken. Still thinking about the Wagyu skirt that I had at CraftSteak a few years ago; hoping to make similar beefy memories.

Not sure about interchangeability, though, we ate at N9ne a few years ago, similar price point but very, very underwhelming.

I understand. I once had a very mediocre experience at PRIME, but I still cast it in that same caste since obviously from what you read and here that was likely an anomaly. If we are going on gradients, stripsteak for me falls somewhere in top 10. But, again, some think it is the bomb, and they aren't necessarily wrong.

P.S. The Harlan was at Craftsteak.

The Wagyu skirt at Craftsteak is maybe my best beef experience ever, which is saying a lot. And with that as a background, I will say that the Wagyu skirt at BLT Steak competes with Craftsteak.

Thanks, Mush, I'm with you on that skirt, and BLT is on the one-of-these-days list. We're interested in StripSteak because we're planning on going to Michael Jackson One at MB.
