Hi Group,
The Tasti D-Lite location in the front part of Binion's Casino that is mentioned in the July 2015 LVA (as being recently opened) has actually been there for I think 2 or more years.
The actual Tasti D-Lite website says that the product that they serve (the Frozen Dessert) is not (nor should it be) called Ice Cream since it has less than 10% Butterfat and it's not Frozen Yogurt because it does not contain Yogurt Culture.
In the FAQ section of the Tasti D-Lite website, it does say that the base for the product as it comes out of the factory as well as the Syrups that they use are actually Certified Kosher.
Also, unless things have changed since November 2014, at the location of the Free Spin promotion which is at the front of Binion's Casino, if a player decides to take advantage of the Free spin promotion, once the spin ends, the machine monitor then hands the player a coupon sheet which at least in November 2014 had a coupon for Tasti D-Lite which provides a $1 discount off of an at least $5 purchase (I think that at the Binion's location, they charge about 70 Cents per ounce for the product -- but check with them about current pricing), so check that out if you're interested.
More information on Tasti D-Lite is found on their website at: https://www.tastidlite.com
