Three Buffet's a Day!

Healthy food is hard to come by in Vegas I hit the buffets too, I feel like I eat less and choose healthier options.

- Silverton has salmon , salads and veggies. ( turkey too) Milos @ Cosmo has very good options $20.11 lunch is pretty low cal and healthy. Whole foods has $1 tacos on Sat's at the deli. Cafe and the Hotel in Mandalay bay has decent breakfast options ( organic, free range, whole wheat pancakes)

Wish we had a Vegas "health" forum. Gym's, healthfood options ect...
I heard the Palms buffet was crap. But that was last year in the summer. Wicked Spoon buffet was a joke. In total, it sucked!! We had the lunch. My buddy had the dinner and said it sucked as well.

Mirage has a really good buffet. PH is very decent. I'm going to try Wynn and Bellagio in 2 weeks.
I am a HUGE Bellagio fan.

I am not real big on Wynn.

I travel alone and Bellagio is awesome for the food quality and prep.

When you are alone it is awesome to by pass the line and eat at the bar.
I would second Milos and their lunch special. Lots of choices including several healthy options: scallops and citrus/mint salad or grilled octopus for an appetizer then grilled sea bass or salmon and vegetables topped off with fresh fruit for dessert.
