Top 3 Station Buffets?

What are your top 3 Station buffets and why? Arriving in Vegas on Tuesday and wondering which Station buffets I should spend my time going to. Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions.
We do not do lunch/brunch or dinner buffets and have not tried Aliante's, but here is how I would rank the breakfast buffets:

Red Rock - hands down the best

Sunset Station - pretty good

GVR - disappointing

Texas Station - mediocre

Boulder Station - below mediocre

Palace Station - the worst

Aliante's buffet is very similar to Red Rock's -- these are the best 2 in my opinion. Go to whichever one is more convenient, or whichever casino you want to play in.
In my opinion :
My top three.

Red Rock Resort is number 1
Pro’s:
Largest variety of all the Station buffets & good quality.

Con’s :
price is a dollar or two more.
lines can be a problem at certain times of the day.
service can be spotty

Santa Fe is number 2
Pro’s:
cheaper than Red Rock or GVR
closer than Aliante to me
good variety & good quality

Con’s:
service can be spotty at times.
darker .. table lighting is poor

Aliante is number 3 ( it would be my #2 if closer )
Pro’s :
cheaper than Red Rock or GVR
a little bigger variety than Santa Fe & good quality
good table lighting.

Con’s:
extra long drive

It's been awhile since I was at Red Rock, but it was very good.

Was at Aliente this year: excellent. Great options.

GVR does a decent job, but options can be limited.

Sunset Station is good.

Skip Palace Station and Boulder.
I'd probably put Texas on the skip list too, though I used to love this place. They had almost a dozen different chilis and smokers right in the buffet. Most of that is gone.
I have had all the Station buffets except Aliante and Santa Fe. I'll be trying Aliante's next week, so my list may change. I never pay for Station buffets, but I broke ties by going with the lower priced buffet.

Breakfast:
1) Sunset
1) Red Rock
3) GVR

Lunch or Dinner:
1) GVR
2) Red Rock
3) Sunset

I often make special trips just to eat at these three buffets.

I only eat at Texas, Palace or Boulder if I happen to be staying there. Palace Station is by far the worst of the bunch.
Im glad someone has asked this question. Im staying at GVR ( been 2 years since I ve tried their buffet) in August and plan on staying at Aliante (never tried thier buffet) 3 days later.
GVR
RR
Sante Fe
The Seafood buffet @ Green Valley Ranch is one of my favs in all Vegas. I think its Sunday Nights.

I'll also mention Sunset Station since noone else has. Its alot like Sante Fe Station. Perhaps a small step down in quality from Red Rock/GVR but also cheaper.

I did Alliante last year in December when they had 1/2 off promotion the whole month. It was definitely good for the price but I was a little disappointed the with salad bar offerings. Small selection and alot of processed veggies loaded up with preservatives. Naughty, naughty, naughty
Sorry to burst your bubble, PJ, but there are currently no seafood buffets at the Stations. They were discontinued when the prices were lowered across the board a few months ago. Dinner at GVR is $12.99 with a Boarding Pass.
