Vegas in December Boulder area

I may be in Vegas next month. If my husband accompanies me, my SIL suggested checking out some of the casino's in The Boulder Highway area. I read somewhere that Arizona Charlies was being remodeled, any info on the buffets out that way would be appreciated.
