When I was in Las Vegas last month I went to Bill's to see Elvis. I had a coupon sheet from Harrahs that had this coupon.

I had never eaten at the Victorian Cafe and I noticed a line at 2. The waitress told everyone you don't need the coupon for this special. The hamburger was small but was very good and the shake was great! I would eat this again. I just thought I would pass it on . . . . . I hope they still have this special!
