Top of the World at Strat might not meet the "affordable" criteria depending how that word is defined for the poster. Perhaps you can say what kind of range per person you are looking for.
My sister is getting married in Vegas in April. Our criteria was a place that serves a good dinner for about $60-$70 per person. We decided on Binions Ranch Steakhouse downtown. I haven't looked at the menu of "Top of The World" @ Stratosphere in awhile but I believe you can expect over $100 per person there.
