They should come up with food that fits neatly in little catapults (meatballs, muffins, etc.) and fire it to patrons' tables when they signal for it with flags.
Just roll around a cart,ALA Lady Luck and point to what looks good.
Asian, American,Mexican,desserts carts.
Any word on Main Street Station reopening Especially reasonably buffet?
