Been to the Pepper Mill a bunch of times. You have to go to the lounge, sit at the bar and talk with the bartender has been there like 30 years. GREAT stories of the characters that made old Vegas what it was in the day. Tip him and he'll take care of you. My wife was fighting cancer las time we were there, know him well enough and he made her a couple of special drinks etc...
It's a "must" stop each trip to LV.
The food it's better than o-k in my book but not great. You're paying for the atmosphere though as well.
