Wynn Red Card Buffet...method

Does anyone remember the process to receive the needed 50 points for new sign-ups? Is the offer still ongoing? The method had to do with $1 video roulette and spin the wheel. Total cost was minimal for the 2-1.
Thanks to anyone who might enlighten me.
I wasn't sure how to post the link, but I copied this verbatim from the forums in regard to your question. This was posted by gen9xx on 5/16/10: Quote

Does Wynn still have the $1 video roulette? If so, points accumulate at the $9 rate. It was a single zero game with a 34:1 payout........Bet $34 on black, $34 on red and $2 on zero. 7 wagers at $70 = 490.
Halve the bet at $17, $17, $1 for one wager gives a total coin-in of $525.

The maximum expected loss is $15 --- BETTER THAN A 2-FOR-1 COUPON.

I used this method successfully when new club members were offered the buffet for 50 points.
