4 Queens fun book and South Tower

Does anyone know what gambling and food coupons are in their fun book?  Also, they appear to be directing all bookings to their remodeled north tower.  Are they working on the south tower?

I suppose fun book are for hotel guests only?

My understanding is that it is for guests who booked directly through the hotel. 

I think that's right.  We always have comp rooms at 4Q and can never get a funbook.
