Does anyone know if the baseball player statue perched on the corner of the Las Vegas Club at Main Street is modeled after a real figure in baseball history? He is a lefty but there are no markings on the uniform. I believe the statue was part of the 1980's remodel that famed sign designer Brian Buzz Leming had a hand in. Buzz Leming passed away awhile back.
