It's our 38th annual trip, and I've been organizing it from the beginning. Our biggest groups happended in the 1990's when we had over 30 guys at times. Now, we have a core group that makes it every year and we're always between 13-16 guys. Two guys aren't coming due to a wedding this year.
No major logistical issues for me. I tell 'em when and were to be. We don't do much organized stuff. Kickoff party in the Penthouse suite on Friday night with pizza, booze, beer and muchies. Since we're Purdue grads, we'll be watching the Wisconsin vs Purdue football game on Saturday at noon. Dinner at Therapy on Saturday night. NFL watching on Sunday at Triple 7 Brewpub, with a potential visit to the Paiute pot tasting room. Not my thing, but some guys have interest.
The balance of the time we tend to all hang together, but there's no schedule. Lots of blackjack and plenty of hanging and drinking in the suite. On Friday afternoon, a couple of us are hitting John Mulls Meats and buying hot dogs and various types of sausages. A buddy is bringing a hot dog steamer and we also have a full size grill on the patio for the sausages.
The guys already have my Powerpoint telling 'em when to be where, so it pretty much runs itself.

LOL. I was shocked that we beat Iowa Saturday. We're a 3 point dog at home vs the Badgers. I have a soft spot in my heart for everythings Wisconsin. I used to visit their regularly as a kid as we lived only 20 miles south of the Wisconsin border, making me a "flatlander". I also lived in Hudson, WI a couple of years, with that stint ending in 2018. That was a great town.....other than the weather.
One on my Vegas trip buddies and a past college room mate has a nephew who played football at Wisconsin.....TJ Edwards. He's now playing for the NFL Eagles.
I spoke to my host at Binion's yesterday. She said the problem is still staffing.

Thanks
Binion's posted something on Twitter yesterday soliciting employees specifically for the steak house. It sounds like they are getting close.
I was at the Wisconsin game against Iowa. The Badger defense was outstanding. Hoping they can run the table to get to the Big 10 Championship game. I wouldn't bet against them.
My wife and I were downtown Vegas a couple of weeks ago. Went to the Pizza Rock for the first time...we loved it. Outstanding Italian food and venue plus the service was top notch. Will be back in March for the BB Tournament and of course St. Pat's.
