Boyd reduces benefits for card holders

I used a lot of coupons from the ACG and LVA as well. Not one property that gave me a hard time. It's a bit sad that the buffet discount comps at the Boyd operated casinos in Downtown can only be used once per calendar year. Station is much more generous. I ate at the Station Buffets most of the time as they never asked a question or restricted their coupons to once/month or per year or whatever.

With the Boyd's benefit program in the pooper, where will we go?

It looks like Boris is going to be a Stations guy.

I will become a Plaza or a 4 Queens guy.

Bonnie said that the new carpet in the Plaza is spectacular!

I want a few yards!

I'm also a down town guy.I never rent a car.

If you are an annual visitor then you will always be a RUBY player regardless of how much you play because your tier and points now expire.    So I guess they are only interested in locals?   Thats pretty dumb considering their presence downtown.

There's been nothing but heated backlash since they announced the new changes.   I suspect they're losing lots of players.

They lost me and my family. And I am a stock holder.

Ever tried to buy LVS instead of BYD?

They lost me as well.

I booked 4 nights at DTG for March 17-20.

ERIN GO BRA-LESS.

The rooms are great, gambling not so much. It  says on VPfree2 that there are only (2) 9/6 FP

VP machines across from the casheir. OK,I'll play those.

  4 Queens has a few,also. That's all that I play.Just keep bringing me beers.

My cards have (all) expired since 2016.             So are my Boyd's points.

Binion's and The Golden Gate & The Plaza get's my play, now.Maybe El Cortez.

I'm a downtown guy.

BYD stock has gone down in the last few months 10 %.  LVS was down also now mid 50s down from mid 60s.  It tells me the casinos are now more about shareholder value than the customer experience and the stock prices are reflecting some of that losing loyal customers from past years. They will reason it out that without the customer's loyalty it will domino down to the sharevalue value.

In Florida the Hard Rock Tampa had a parking fee of $10.  People complained and it is now gone and there is no competition in Tampa, so keep telling Boyd they are not the only place in Vegas to play.

I have called Boyd HQ and mentioned this as a shareholder as well, they are nice and seem to listen but who knows.

The bottom line will be the deciding factor as to what might happen - customer loyalty means nothing, unless you are a consistant BIG loser.
