Boyd sending out surveys on Players Club.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I received an email from Boyd asking me to do a survey on my thoughts on the Players Club. So you may want to check your email to see if you got one and if so this is a good oppurtunity to let them know your likes and dislikes.

Hopefully they will listen to all the feedback.

What is strange is I am Ruby and I still at least until October I am getting three free night offers.

Yeah I received also, did nail them on the vp rewards and not having any interest in cruises etc, but did grade well for receiving rooms, discounts.  Since we play both slots and vp the changes didn't effect us with tier credits and our saphire standing.  For us it was very easy to reach and really nothing has changed for us with our offers or cash back we take home after every trip.

I got mine and normally don't replyto surveys, this time I did. My comment was a big negative on the changes. Vp no one has a clue as to how many tier credits you earn, it changes per machine, how much you play etc etc. This not only affects tier credits but you don't earn any where close to the old way of earning points to use for food etc. It makes it very difficult to figure out how much to play if I want to keep my status.

I never received one but I would blast them for their resort fees, especially at Main Street Station. Resort? They don't even have a pool.

I'm surprised they haven't done the surveys via email. It would be less costly and reach more people.

In responding to such a survey, I would give them both barrels. Maybe they could, for me and other respondents, correlate the action I've given them in the years prior to the players' club changes and the action I've given them since. As in, I used to give you over 200K in action every year but this year, I haven't so much as inserted a $20 bill into a VP machine, you greedy mother%^&^$#%*@s.

I answered it via email. Did not give them both barrels but came close. I still get the same 3?and 4 day comp with food credit and free play. As long as they keep coming I play. When they quit I walk. Even the casino host don't know how the program works. They cannot answer a ? Points are best used for food as basically you get 40 to 45 % discount on food depending who you talk to   Looking at point it seems about 40 %

Specifically, 600 points=$1 in food comps at "selected" outlets (such as their buffets), while the normal redemption rate (for such things as cashback/free play) is 1000 points=$1.
