Circa Named Best Casino Resort in U.S. for Third Straight Time, Here’s Why

I don't understand why anyone cares how another person chooses to spend their money.

There's a LOT you don't understand.

When people pay outrageous prices without a second thought, it hurts everyone else. I'll bet that a LOT of those folks running around in circles and flapping their arms while squawking, "INFLAYSHUN! INFLAYSHUN! INFLAYSHUN! ITZ BIDENZ FAWLT!!!" went to Vegas and paid $399 a night plus tax and resort fee to stay at the Circa, and enjoyed those $30 pastrami sandwiches.

You don't go to these places so how does it hurt you?

It reduces my choices. It also means that other properties don't have to offer bargains.

Downtown used to have tremendous value, practically everywhere you looked. Now, thanks in part to Circa, that value is confined to a couple of properties.

That's how.

kevin has repeatedly said on numerous topics that he hates Vegas, doesn't want to go & would rather go to Reno.

He wants a casino that will comp him for bringing 2 rolls of quarters.

Wellllll.....  I know that Kevin has some wild and crazy opinions sometimes. (it is America, so he is entitled to his opinions), and often times I don't quite agree with him.  However,  I must say that I do agree with him 100 percent this time.  Not everyone in this world is rich.  In my lifetime, Vegas has been a playground for almost anyone, due to the competitive bargains, coupons, free rooms, discounted rooms etc. etc.  Now days, unless you are quite wealthy, it is a struggle to plan a decent vacation to Vegas.  That is very sad to me!  ❤️

And people like Tom are perfectly free to squander their money. He's told us repeatedly that he's a disciple of Vegas MGM casinos. So he plays bad games at high limits and pays Strip prices for rooms and food. Bully for him.

Tom is also free to make snide personal attacks, though strictly speaking, doing so outside the Sink violates the rules.

I will continue, though, to express my opinions, with or without his approval.

kevin lies again as I never said that.  What I did say was that I got the MGM affinity card which gave me several free nights plus a several hundred dollar credit; which I also used for to pay for rooms when I had to pay for them.  I also have free parking for when I go to shows.

If he knew how to read he would know that I usually play at Southpoint & at my most recent stay I stayed at TI and Sunset Station for free.  I frequently stay at Hampton Inns using my Hilton points.
