The D and Golden Gate update

FYI. I have an e-mail invitation I received from them today. I think I should just take it with me and go down there. Not a scientific poll
but I will listen to any advice on whether I should just do that on Thursday and see what happens? Appreciate any responses.

I don't understand why they would send you an invite after 86ing you. You would think that they would have removed you from their mailing list. They must be really stupid over there.

Since you want to go, I would go. You've been invited. Be sure to bring the invite with you in case you run into problems. If they say you've been barred from the casino, than ask them why they sent you an invite.

I agree YO. Def plan on taking the e-mail with me, and if issues arise will ask why? Thanks for the input.

Anthony I will call you tomorrow morning at Huntington Press. I chose not go down there as our man Dave T. had a very brief conversation with my
fiance when she signed up tonight. Decided I don't want the drama if there is going to be any.
I Have no idea whether it was positive or negative, he only asked her "are you by yourself?" She told him the truth which was yes.
I continue to want your assistance in resolving this if possible, and want to give them the benefit of the doubt for now....

People should know the truth, whatever it is.

Anthony and I had a very pleasant conversation yesterday that lasted about 20 minutes. He is going to speak with
them, but he is not optimistic. He thinks they were embarrassed over the fact I outsmarted them and they just don't
want to deal with people like me. They want only the squares. I am not going down easy, but I will await his meeting with
Tuttle and see what comes out of it. Appreciate the follow up.

Anthony not happy with your response or lack thereof. Understand you might be busy (aren't we all) but I thought
we had an agreement that you would at least talk to them before the BJ tournament and could get closure on this, even
tho u might be right about what the answer would be. I don't consider this good customer service and in the closing
minutes of our discussion, when I thanked you for agreeing to speak with them, you said something to the effect, "of
course I will do this, you are a customer". If something came up you deem more important than good customer service,
then let's hear what it is. I will call you next week in the office to follow up. I am posting this because at least one
person asked for an update, and I still think people should know the truth whatever it is.

Does anyone know if all of the rooms have been upgraded at The D yet? Just booked for two nights in a few weeks and am wondering what to expect.

There is a post on this elsewhere. Sounds like they are not completely finished. The person wrote a fairly detailed post.
