Downtown Football watching?

Where is a good place to go and watch Monday Night Football and Sunday Football?. Last year we went to Benny's bullpen at Binions on Monday Night used our 25% coupons wasn"t bad but wasn't great either. Food was So-So, drinks we're good, comfy chairs and couches...the place was freezing. We all bought hoodies frm the discount store...

I am sure the Golden nugget has a nice place to enjoy your games .... I will check it out when I go ...

We like the Chicago Brew Pub at 4 Queens. It is a cigar bar but often no one is smoking. Everyone is very friendly and great pizza and micro beers.

777 at Main Street Station is a great place to watch a game, although it tends to get crowded. If you're by yourself or in a group of only a couple, you can usually get a seat at the bar pretty easily.

And Chicago Brewing works well, too. They have a non-smoking area now with a couple of TVs and a couple of nice couches in the cigar bar area. And as cheesehead said, lots of times no one is smoking over there.

777 Main street is a great place to watch it. All the things the GN did the Sportsbook turned out the worst. Yes clean neat but not the ideal place to watch a game. I have seen on some Monday Nights people not gambling, not drinking, but enjoying a little nap with food from McDonald's spread all over the place. Then ever so often in comes Security to check out the score and catch a few minutes of the game and walking right past these people without distrubing them what so ever.

I checked out the menu...MSS it is. I wonder if there's a sport bar at the plaza?

Nothing I've seen on their site indicates a sports bar, although I'm sure they'll have TVs visible from the casino bars as well. They did in the old Plaza.

Looks like the new sports book at the Plaza is going to be pretty nice. As of last week they were still working on it.

Ohhh...that might work too. We're now doing 2 nights at the plaza...Fitz, GG, El Cortez. 9 nights DT 1st time NO strip. Everytime we stay on the strip we drive DT anyways..

I will be in town for the week 4 games, flying in for a week from Boston. Im thinking about a great sports venue to watch Monday Night Football. Can anyone throw out some suggestions on the best place to catch the game ? Im a huge Patriots fan staying at the Rio. Seeking a great place with good wings great friendly crowd and maybe a football themed Happy Hour or some gametime specials ....... any thoughts ?

Based upon what Im reading here im considering MSS 777 pub, is it smoking or non-smoking ?
