Without decent VP and Blackjack I think it would be hard to thrive downtown but away from Fremont.

Just a word about the baccarat, I know the Golden Nugget opened a new pit this year an I thought I heard the D also had it. It has passed blackjack as the number one revenue generating table game in Las Vegas. Perhaps better suited to the strip palaces, but you can not blame places for trying to see if they can get a small slice of the action.

Uh, it's loud. I thought of doing a TR but the important (to me) feature was well described already-lousy vp. But, for completeness sake, it's loud at night.
not like HR loud downstairs, but the band at FSE just about as loud as 4Q south tower. I did speak to the boss, Schorr. The car valet checks have 6 point print and I hear ADA lawyers love to sue corporations over illegible/unreadable/Inaccessible service. Back to the DG, itself, craps min 5 dollas. Some body may get over 3 signup bucks, not me. Didn't dine since I left for the quiet in the 'burbs. Good Luck!

I have a mailer for two nights. Given their horrible VP, I think I will exercise it and play at MSS, where I'll also be staying and snagging a few free slot dollars. Maybe they will change their pay skeds by then. I will have to check out the direct walk between DG (is it on Stewart or Ogden?) and MSS. If it looks dark and sketchy, I will go over to Fremont at night. Has anybody stayed there yet? It seems as if the rooms might be pretty nice.
