Anyone else get an invite to the Draw Another Day tourney? I'm trying to find info about the event and can't seem to get to the right people.

Yes, I have an invite to the Draw Another Day vp tournament. Registration for the tournament is from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on July 29 and the first session begins at 6:00 PM. The second round is on the 30th from 12-2:30.

Mark Ona is the Executive Casino Host who contacted me. ([email protected]) Apparently there will not be more than 150 of us in the tournament. I don't know how many places will be paid though.

Yes, I'm going to play in the tournament. I don't know what's happened at the DTG, but suddenly I'm getting much better offers from them. I really like playing there, so with all of these recent offers, I plan to play there more frequently in the future.

Hmmmm...I got a mailer & contacted a host about this. $100 entry I kinda balked at--but only 150 players it might be worth it....

Here's the prize pool:

• 1st place: $10,000 CASH
• 2nd place: $750 CASH
• 3rd place: $500 CASH
• 4th place: $250 CASH
• 5th – 10th place: $100 CASH
• 11th – 25th place: $25 CASH

If you assume a RF is a 1 in 40K probability to win $1K, $100 for a 1 in 150 shot at $10K seems reasonable and 1 in 15 to get your entry fee back seems ok too. Net: I'll probably play.
