Downtown hockey

The Las Vegas Wranglers are moving from the Orleans to...the Plaza? By October? The arena will be built in between the two plaza towers and will hold 3,500 fans. And will have chandeliers. Intriguing!

I certainly would like to get to a game. The "arena" sounds less than perfect, but I am pleased the Wranglers will be coming to Downtown Las Vegas.

Wow! I wonder how parking for the actual Plaza hotel guests is going to be worked out with this Hockey stuff happening?

Yes, that's another good question. I do like the pool there and would hate to see it go!

Cant get a straight answer from the plaza they just say it should be open.

Plaza seating will be 3500....isn't the Orleans Arena more along the lines of 10,000? What kinds of crowds do the Wranglers draw?

I've heard they average 5500 or so.
