Downtown - Whats New?

I agree that Container Park should probably be checked out for something new to see. I didn't make it over there in March, but I was only in that area late at night when I'm pretty sure that it wasn't open. It's past (East) of El Cortez.

And there's something new right across the street (6th Street) from El Cortez -- I think it might be a bar or something. If I'm remembering correctly, the marquee outside said something about musical acts (maybe)?

If you're looking for Dancing Dealers, you can also find them at Las Vegas Club.

There is ALWAYS something new downtown. Only 3 days? Can't see everything new.
The Plaza bier garden is very nice and it will be great on your sunny days!
SOOOO many places I did not get to see/go:
The Grand,The MSS,GN,the Tez......
Gamble 6 hours a day? YEP!
Awake for 15-16 hours?
I need a WEEK.
I wanna see it all.
No Zip line as of April 1st. Damn. I wanted to do it,too.
I was looking at the place where you could run heavy equipment. DIG?
Looks like a blast!
Didn't do the gun range. There are a few new ones popping up.
I'm not a "foodie",I'm a drinker.MSS and The Plaza.
...."COCKTAILS!".....
I'm 62 and grew up in the 60's and yes,the D music was loud, but I was rocken' with it.
Don't miss the dancing BJ dealers at the GG and the D.
The GG BJ dealers are sporting a LOT of cleavage.
Hard to concentrate.

marko..

Hey Marko,

I have not done the CSI Experience but do keep in mind that you should be able to find vouchers (or maybe coupons in some of the LV Freebie magazines) for some kind of discount or somesuch for there and maybe also at the Tix4Tonight booth (one's at the front of Four Queens Casino), they might have some kind of discount for that as well, so take a look into that.

Thank you.. I may try and see Louie at the Plaza and maybe Gordie at the Nugget.

Hey Marko,

Since you say that you are staying at Plaza, make sure that you get a Funbook (they do have one -- it is at the Front Desk when you get your room assignment -- it's not at the Slot Club for everyone -- it's only for Hotel Guests). In there, among other things will be a coupon for Louie Anderson's show (you may also find other Louie Anderson Discounts around). Also keep in mind that even if perchance Tix4Tonight in Four Queens doesn't have any discount for Louie, there might be something for him at one of their other outlets on the Strip. So check that out if interested!

Enjoy!

I stayed at the Plaza last September and remember they were giving Lois Anderson tickets away free just before show time.
