We have been getting mailings in recent years for casino rate and $15 food credit & 5 times points. We have stayed there twice a year for the last 5 or so years. We want to book for April. When I go to my ElCortez web site it shows some slot bonus that expired in Dec. There is a number to call & ask for Tim Wojciechowski or Nords Malilay. I called a few times but no one answers. When I call the regular number They tell me April offers are not out yet. Seems odd.

We have only stayed at the Tez a couple of times, but have found that the employees are often not all on the same page. I think Nords usually works late afternoon and evenings. I would keep trying to reach him. We did not find Tim to be very helpful.

Nords has always been helpful for myself. I would leave a message and he will call back within a couple of days.

Nords proved himself very unhelpful to this 25c JOB grinder back when working the plaza. Maybe he's relented. Maybe it doesnt matter, since theres nothing at 25c I'll play there. Good Luck!

I stay at El Cortez several times a year and always contact Nords via his email address [email protected]. He is the only host there and is crazy busy all the time. He responds to my emails with regularity.

I have the same problem. Sent an email several weeks ago and got no reply. We are booked at the D (fully comped) instead.
