Things definitely change from one month to the next.

Every Second Saturday .... at the Cortez.....food trucks and music.....we are going! Its Oct. 12, the night we arrive.

Events that take place on the second Saturday of the month, like Vegas StrEats, have nothing to do with events like First Friday, which occur on the first Friday of the month.

I didnt say that it had anything to do with the First Friday. I stated very clearly it was the second Saturday. Just Sayin'.......sounds like you are upset at my post? Peace.
