First Winter in Vegas..

Coming out this weekend and this will be my first February trip. The weather report calls for sunny/windy with a high of 58-60. This may sound random, but what is a Vegas 58 like? Being from Atlanta, 58 degrees here is comfortable, slightly chilly. Not sure if the desert winds make it feel colder than listed in Las Vegas.

Thanks
Marko..
I was out in January and it never got into the 60s the entire 8 days I was there. It rained the first three days I was there. One of those days I think it rained the entire day. I had been checking the forecast from home in Ohio before I left so I knew it was probably going to rain early in the
trip so it was no big deal.
Never being in Vegas in the winter I would describe it as Vegas cold but far from Midwest cold.
I have played golf on Xmas day in shorts and a polo at 60 degrees. I have also finished a round in the snow one Feb day that started out beautiful. I think winter temps seem warmer because of the lower humidity. Once that sun goes down behind the mountains though, it'll get cold. Any trip I take Dec-March includes one pair of shorts, the rest long pants and there's always a jacket along. If weather is warm you can always get more shorts cheap around town.

Good Luck!
