Apparently there is now a Fish Spa at Binion's.

A spa session is a GOOD thing, fishes or not. 2-4 hours of black jack or video poker and my shoulders are in knots! I have used the spa inside El Cortez upstairs. Shoulders and feet massage is what I wanted and I felt awesome after my session.My buddy went in for a lower back discomfort and he walked out of there standing up really straight with a big smile on his face.
Gambling can be hard work.Treat yourself.
