Binion's is better in food quality and ambiance, but Flame is a great value. With Flame you get a decent quality steak in a fairly simply decorated room with pretty good service, for a pretty good price. With Flame you can also stack offers. We've done it with the twofer coupon and the free bottle of wine with check in at the hotel and paying with points several times. With Binion's, the steaks and food quality overall is better, but at a higher price. We generally will do both each year using the twofer coupons.
