Food quality an service / Binions cafe

Have been coming to town for years an an really disappointed this trip.

Went into eat at Binions last night at the cafe an the food an service were terrible. 3 out of 4 orders only had a few bites taken out of them an weren't eaten. Country fried steak was the chewiest chunk of meat I've seen, Fish an chips honestly wasn't as good as frozen Mrs Paul's , an the hangover burger had to be a frozen freezer burnt burger......after waiting 40 minutes an the place was only 1/3 full. After talking to cashier , and I think a manger all we got was "Sorry".
I don't expect perfection in this case but at least care enough about your business an customers to try an do things right.......

I've given up on that place. Magnolia's at the Four Queens is better, but dear God, their prices have zoomed skyward. Quite frankly, downtown has become a food desert. While there are still some decent places to eat, the prices there are Strip-style insane.

That's why when I'm visiting Vegas, I eat all my meals at Emerald Island or Rainbow.

BTW that place upstairs at Binions, I forget the name, is pretty good.

I have had great meals at Top of Binions Steak.Magnolia,s as well.I agree with Kevin Rainbow is worth the drive.Steaks I usually share with my son. Most steaks in Las Vegas are 16 oz or more.
