Why pitch insults?

 

The free play you got was from a promo and had nothing to do with getting mailers/room comps. And tier credits are pretty common at other casinos' slot clubs. I believed you when you said that the employee you talked to used that term...erroneously. So I wanted to correct the misperception.

 

Whatever formulae are used at 4Q to determine mailers, it obviously varies quite a bit, seasonally. So do their promos. The deals they offer everyone, as well as the mailers, vary from quite good to meh. The all summer promo was about four times as good as their Sept/Oct promo.
