It really depends on the details, but that deposit match may be very, very good. Even if you have to bet $X before you can withdraw/cash out, sports bets are low -EV, and you can of course make offsetting bets and just absorb the juice.
At $8 coin-in to earn 1 point, the free play promo is worth the usual 1.25%: $4000 coin-in gets you $50. Since reportedly, the 10/7 DB is no mas, then you're looking at 9/6 JOB. Theo loss of $18.20. Comps and free play of about $37. $50 free play. Call it worth $70 or so. Worth an afternoon of your time.
I called the 4Q re the Boomers promo. No one, including the shift manager, had any idea that the sportsbook would be changing from William Hill and no one had any idea about the promo. I talked to Boomers at another Vegas location and they said they were unaware of a new location pending at the 4Q. They did say that the deposit match applies to any new account.
Nobody had a clue about the $50 slot play bonus.
I did get some other relevant info. Bets, and all transactions, must be made while physically in Nevada. The deposit credits are like matchplay coupons, which means they're worth half of their face value. So you might deposit $250, get the match, immediately bet the whole $500, let's say on an even-money bet, and either get paid $500 or lose your $250, for a +EV of $125. That's worth an LVA mention!
