Four Queens/Binion's November December 2024 Promotions

Postcard received today says the November/December Binion's/Four Queens promotion is earn 600 points each month and get $40 in free slot play and $20 in comp dollars each month.

Also stay with us during the Neon City Festival November 22-24 and get a specified amount of free slot play. I have seen $20, $40 and $100 for this promotion - probably depends on your mailer level.

  Good to know - thanks.

I didn't get my mail or yet. Was there a free room night promotion as well?

No free room night promotion on my mailer. Perhaps because many rooms are unavailable while being renovated.

I had 2-3 nights for several months as well, and that petered out with my latest mailer. For that matter, it was hard to use my July and August room offers, because the place was at half capacity--but I was able to slide over to the Apache and still use my offers.

They told me that the tower renovation wouldn't be done until next summer.

I played through the promotion back in August.  Any idea when I might get a mailer from these folks?  That was the first action I had given them.

About a two-month time lag is normal for them. However, I suggest you call them and ask to speak to a slot host. You may already have an offer in the system.

If you call reservations, they can tell you if you have any offers. I have done this myself multiple times ( as recently as 3 days ago).  You don't need to speak with a host.

There have been at least two occasions when reservations told me I had no offers but when I talked to a host upon arrival (and having already paid for my room), I was told that I had an offer I could redeem.

The key is, the host has discretion; the person on the reservation line has none. The host can see if you have an offer pending; the agent can't. Finally, the host can look at your prior play and issue a discretionary comp; the reservation agent can't.

If you played through the August promotion, you would have run about $10K through the machines, which in my experience, would be more than enough to generate a room offer. But that offer might not have made it to the October mailer. That's why I recommend you talk to a host. It might be a bit more trouble, but it could be worth it. I would definitely do that if the reservation agent told me I didn't have any offers.

Agreed, a host can issue discretionary comps, reservation agents can not. I personally have never had a reservation agent tell me I had no offfers and later found out that I did - it has never happened to me.  These agents have access to all of your information concerning offers which is necessary for those who wish to make reservations for a future stay. Even though it is the end of September, my reservation agent was able to tell me of my Nov/Dec offers that I had/have.  But, if you are unsure, ask to speak with a host. Even though they have the same information as a reservation agent will have, the can give discretionary comps, if warranted.
