That's not true if you are a hotel guest there. When you check in, just say that you need a Parking Pass.

And on my most recent stay at 4Q, I didn't have any problem with bugs (but I did see one room door with that sign on it).

Total change of plans about the Four Queens (signs on doors and other things). We booked Bally's and it actually was cheaper. Have not been on the Strip for quite a few years since Wynn first opened maybe a change of luck.
I must have missed something.....what is the 300 code that you're referring to? Signs on door, etc?
