I just received an email this morning from casinocenter.com (I believe I get these for subscribing to casinoplayer magazine) for 1 free night at golden gate hotel. The email said to click and enter code SSO02, but when I went to the reservation site it did not give a spot to enter a code.
I called the reservation desk and they told me to call back when the players club opened and talk to them.
I finally got a hold of someone at the players club and they put me on hold for a while but they came back on, I just told them I received an email for 1 free night with the promo code SSO2. I do not have a player club card with them and they did not ask that I bring in the email or anything so anybody should be able to do this (valid for stays thru dec 24th, must book by september 30th). Before calling I looked at the calender for september and most of the Saturdays were blacked out as expected so I booked a Sunday. I will be staying at the gold coast at this time but figured it might be nice to have a night downtown and not have to worry about driving back if I have a few to many!
I can forward anyone the email if you want to PM me, but like I said all I had to do was mention the code SSO2 and they booked it without me even having a players card. its only one night, but frees, free!
