FSE Bars..

Whats your favorite bar NOT in a Casino Downtown?

marko..
Well, you can't really call it a bar since it only serves beer, but I love Banger Brewing Co.
I like all the bars across from Downtown Grand.....Hogs -n Heffers, Triple George, Pizza Rock. You can do a little pub crawl and hit all of them ...and they're typically not crowded.
Is Triple George fun? Its on my "stop by" list every year, but I usually run out of time. I cant tell if its stuffy or laid back..

Its very friendly. I'd say its more of a restaurant than a bar. They have a pretty nice set of martini's...and the bartender will make you a good old Fashioned. Its not really a place where you sit at the bar and drink for an hour. Go next door to H-n-H for that.

Ive given HnH 2 tries and been let down both times. I wanted a cool dive bar, but it came off as a pretentious dive bar with sticky floors $6 PBR. Ill give it one more chance this summer.

There are 2 that come to mind. Firstly, the arcade bar (which is now closed) was always fun to go to . Secondly, I would say the bar with the Hidden Door.

The bar with the hidden door? Interesting.
Im also a fan of Vanguard Lounge. Go early. Cool place (gets crowded w/ hipsters after 9 or 10).
Apprently there is a new place in atomic liquors ( across from the dog park)

I love the Vegas dives! Frank's tiki, it's a good walk from downtown, moon doggies, double down, hog's in heifers. Great little list below.

I think the poster was referring to The Laundry Room. Great cocktails, about $15 per but such quality ingredients. Be patient, the bartender has to make the drink individually, you're not getting a rum & Coke! =)

Here's a neat little write-up on the place: https://www.vegasactivetravelguide.com/city/speakeasy-bar/the-laundry-room/
