I just recently started using Jason Celia. My last trip I stayed on a comp and played quite a bit so I went into the VIP lounge to speak to a host (I hadn't previously used one at GN) about removing some room charges and he was very helpful. I recently booked a 4 night trip through him and he was very prompt in replying to my emails.
